Interactive play develops communication skills that are so important for young students. When adults play along we can model behaviours and language that students can copy.
Emerging literacy continues to shine weather reading in one of our many ways, organizing the number chart, reading gift tags or printing as part of our play.
There is still opportunity to practice fine motor skills and be creative.
Our song, The Reindeer Poke and Christmas Alphabet were great!
We had a good party and were treated to two original stories by grade 10 students.
