December in Kindergarten

December was such fun with tobogganing on the fresh snow.
We rolled, cut, baked and decorated cookies for our party day. It was tricky to twist the top of the icing bag and if we forgot to keep it twisted the icing gooshed out the top!

The cookies were beautiful and yummy. At the Christmas Party Day we had lots of fun and had chicken strips, french fries and veggies together for lunch. The best part was when we traded gifts. It was so exciting to open a gift from a friend and see all of the gifts our friends got.

The SCC also gave us a book that we had wished for. It was funny that Mrs. Dyck and Mrs. Pearson forgot to give us our gifts from them so got them at the Christmas Concert.
At the concert we danced and sang with, ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU, by Mariah Carey and did the poem, HEY SANTA. We did a great job!
The ladies from Big Muddy Crafts came to the school and helped us make coasters and cards for our moms and dads. It was fun making a surprise for their Christmas gift.

These were shared on seesaw and then I decided that I prefer this Blog for general pictures, activities and explanations. You may see us out...
